Job Description
Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences is hiring a full-time Surgical Technologist Clinical Preceptor to serve as a clinical resource for students. This role involves on-site supervision of student clinical tasks, validation of assignments, and assessment of compliance. The preceptor is responsible for student guidance and evaluation, fostering a learning environment focused on clinical outcomes and inquiry.
Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school; and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess the credentials required for a professional in the field (i.e. CST, RMA, etc.)
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
