Accounts Receivable Specialist

Swickard Auto Group seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the accuracy and aging of receivables across 50+ dealerships, with a focus on reconciling open balances, resolving discrepancies, and delivering clear reporting on receivable trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of accounting experience
• Ability to analyze receivable data, identify trends and discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to accounting leadership
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Detail-oriented and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
