The Mercedes-Benz Commercial Account Manager drives commercial vehicle sales and manages customer accounts for our Mercedes-Benz of Seattle dealership.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous sales experience, preferably with commercial vans or trucks.
- Fleet Management or Account Management experience for commercial clients is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop genuine client relationships and understand business fleet requirements.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-starter with high energy, strong initiative and a commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
