We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at BMW of Eugene. As a trusted guide, you will help guests navigate the BMW ownership journey, present vehicles with clarity and confidence, and build repeat and referral business through trust, consistency, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Strong communication and listening skills
• A hospitality mindset — do the right thing for the guest, every time
• Comfort using digital tools and follow-up systems
• Professional presence and attention to detail
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
