Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the automotive sales department, leading a team to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or 5+ years in an F&I or Floor Manager role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
