Service Advisor

Swickard is seeking a Service Advisor to act as a customer service expert, technical communicator, and advisor within a dealership or repair shop. The role involves providing excellent service, managing schedules, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records. Candidates should possess automotive knowledge and strong communication skills.

• Strong understanding of automotive terminology and mechanical principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus on building trust and rapport.
• Ability to listen, identify needs, and address concerns effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Valid driver's license (may be required).
