Job Description
We are seeking an Owner Operator Lease Specialist to join our team at Swift Transportation. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with potential and current O/O's, providing proactive solutions to aid in retention, and ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations. Requirements
- Two years experience in customer relations or business adviser in trucking industry
- Basic understanding of marketing and small business management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Self motivation and ability to work independently
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite
- Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
