Requirements

• Deploy changes, patches, and releases in test and production environments (core responsibility)
• Prepare, present, test and execute changes in Production - requiring on‐site presence 3 days per week
• Perform occasional Production changes outside business hours (± once per month)
• Log, investigate and resolve/escalate operational issues occurring in test and production systems
• Ensure high availability, data integrity, and security through appropriate controls and validation
• Maintain and operate a mission‐critical application deployed across multiple data centers, based on micro‐services and synchronous replication
• Contribute to resiliency and capacity improvements in collaboration with other engineering teams
• Design, maintain, and evolve our DevOps pipeline using technologies including Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jenkins, Ansible, ArgoCD, and others
• Participate in code and configuration reviews to enforce best practices, resilience, and consistency
• Promote automation, shift‐left principles, and reliability‐focused engineering
• Participate in change planning and risk mitigation activities
• Stay up to date on DevOps tools, SRE practices, modern deployment techniques, and industry trends
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and operational robustness
