Global Securities Strategy Lead

The Global Securities Strategy Lead will be responsible for defining and evolving Swift's strategic vision for Global Securities, driving execution across the organization, and maintaining deep relationships with ecosystem actors. The role requires a strong understanding of the capital markets industry and a proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy, consulting, financial market infrastructure, product/market management, or business development.
• Deep understanding of the capital markets industry and post-trade landscape.
• Proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience operating in a global, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Diplomatic communicator skilled at navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, understanding seniority nuances, and building alignment across differing interests.
