Compliance and Internal Controls Analyst

We are looking for a Compliance and Internal Controls Analyst to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related areas, and 3 years of experience in Compliance, AML/TF, and Internal Controls areas. The candidate should have critical analysis, organization, and attention to detail capabilities, as well as good communication skills and ability to develop reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related areas
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Previous experience of 3 years in Compliance, AML/TF, and Internal Controls areas, necessarily in companies regulated by Banco Central do Brazil
• Critical analysis, organization, and attention to detail capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with different company areas and regulatory bodies
• Good communication skills and ability to develop reports and presentations
