Overall management of project operations and administration with bottom line profit accountability.
Requirements
- Perform all essential Senior Project Manager responsibilities
- Review and approve all estimates and schedules
- Supervise subcontract bidding and negotiations
- Review contract terms and conditions
- Lead project planning and mobilization
- Recruit, train, and oversee supervision of construction personnel
- Maintain positive cash flow and ensure timely progress payments
- Ensure timely job closeout and closed job reports
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
