Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and ensure a good candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment, with very good English skills. The role involves leading a small team, developing recruitment processes, and working with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leading a team
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry
• Very good English skills
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Lever, Personio, or similar platforms
• Proven track record of hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level roles
• Data-driven mindset to recruitment
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and team work
• Smoothly use Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1)
• Available full-time and able to show up in our Warsaw office from time to time
