Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to provide market intelligence, acquire and retain customers, and drive growth through a sales and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development, hospitality, and sales processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business development, including management of major bids and contracts.
• Human Capital Development exposure and experience.
• Hospitality exposure and experience.
• Good working knowledge of sales force operations and sales processes for contracting business.
• Understanding of key business drivers, industry / market conditions and commercial modelling.
• Good understanding of continuous improvement and customer value propositions.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills across a wide variety of audiences; ability to craft and deliver nuanced messages.
