Student Recruitment Manager

The Student Recruitment Manager will drive recruitment growth and achieve student recruitment targets in the region, working closely with colleagues. This role requires strong recruitment performance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop new recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective student recruitment
• Attend events on behalf of educational institutions
• Participate in all recruitment activities, including training, events, student conversion, information sessions, and managing enquiries/agent requests
• Deliver market insight and accurate recruitment forecasts through regular and detailed reports
• Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM
• Coordinate student contact to confirm outcome of applications & visa interview
• Execute pre-departure process with channel partners and students
