5+ years of consultancy experience, technical skills, people skills, languages, education/certifications, and availability

Successful school-leaving certificate, interest in IT systems, good communication skills, and team spirit

5+ years of experience as an IT project manager, certification in project management, and proficiency in project management methodologies

3-5 years of experience in IT/Security, Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Security or equivalent work experience, Critical-thinking, self-organizing, proactive, quality-driven approach

3+ years in consultancy, with experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements and in coordinating and executing IGA tool implementations

3+ years in consultancy, experience in security sector (specifically IAM), familiarity with information security regulations, experience with IAM tools, strong stakeholder management, project management experience, and languages: business proficient in Dutch and English

Relevant professional experience in law, business law, or IT, knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and national data protection laws for D/A/CH, team spirit, systematic and careful work, and a well-developed hands-on mentality
