As a Lead Data Analytics Engineer in Swiss Re's Specialty Analytics team, you own high-impact data and analytics solutions for the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain, working with modern big-data technologies to turn complex data into actionable insights that support business decisions.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in data engineering or analytics
- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ELT, and cloud data architecture
- Comfortable leading by example and mentoring others
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
