Job Description
Swiss Re is seeking a Requirements Engineer II to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for their insurance products. The role involves analyzing requirements, translating them into specifications, designing test cases, and ensuring consistent system architecture. This is a collaborative position working within a team focused on building products and solutions for the Corporate Solutions business unit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in similar roles
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Proficiency in tools like Jira or similar Agile management platforms like Azure DevOps
- Proficient in Visio or other process mapping tools, with good knowledge of BPMN
- Background in software development or technical implementation
- Ability to contribute to meaningful projects
