Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing and delivering solutions for SAP S4HANA reporting, collaborating with business stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP analytics technologies, experience in financial services and insurance industry, and strong analytical thinking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing large data solutions based on Embedded Analytics (ABAP CDS views)
• Proficiency in OO ABAP and SQL
• Hands on experience with ABAP CDS Views (Consumption, Composite, Basic, Hierarchy, etc.)
• Understanding performance impact and resolving performance related issues is a key requirement
• Proven track record across all phases of cloud application development: requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, Maintenance, testing, and documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders
