Job Description
Join SwissRe as a Senior Enterprise Architect and shape the technological future of a global financial leader. As a Senior Enterprise Architect (Vice President), you'll operate at the intersection of business strategy and technological implementation, providing architectural leadership across complex initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or large-scale transformation roles within global organizations
- Proven track record defining and delivering target architectures for complex transformation initiatives across business, application, data, and technical domains
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), governance models, and operating models
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
