Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant underwriting experience
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of insurance and reinsurance products and market dynamics
- Experience across APAC and Southeast Asia markets is an added advantage
- Proven underwriting experience in Casualty and Financial Lines, including Motor and Personal Accident products
- Strong expertise in underwriting facultative facilities
- Established market network and client/broker relationships
- Ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and step confidently outside of one’s comfort zone
- Proven track record as a successful salesperson and deal maker
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
