Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team, supporting business-critical data-driven solutions. This role requires a well-balanced profile combining technical capabilities with solid business analysis expertise.
Requirements
- Take end-to-end ownership of system and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, refine requirements, and propose scalable and pragmatic solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured technical specifications
- Perform in-depth data analysis to validate business logic, transform data, and ensure consistency and reliability
- Collaborate closely with developers and architects to design robust and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Independently manage the workstream, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to governance and control standards
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
- Gradually build domain knowledge in financial and planning processes
Benefits
