Job Description
Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join their team responsible for building and running sophisticated, scalable, and high-quality public cloud applications. This role involves developing and implementing reliable applications on Azure, working closely with natural catastrophe experts, and ensuring application availability and security. The position offers exciting engineering challenges within a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Experience in building public cloud applications in Java
- Experience in high performance / parallel computing (HPC).
- Understanding of performance, reliability, availability and security
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset
- Fluency in Slovakian (the base salary range is EUR 3,800 - EUR 6,300 per month)
