Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Reinsurance Contracts Counsel to join our team in supporting property and casualty reinsurance business in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant law, regulations, and market practices in the North American region, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Degree in Law or equivalent education
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an attorney or related (re)insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of contract related legal and contractual principles and practices relating to (re)insurance
- Solid understanding of P&C products and the North American (re)insurance market
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Well informed about and proficient in the use of modern technology, including tool & systems
