Job Description
Senior Underwriter Property job in Zurich, Switzerland. Evaluate complex property risks, develop strategic initiatives, build strong relationships with brokers and clients. Hybrid work model with at least 3 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial property underwriting
- Native/fluent in both German and English
- Proven track record of successful business development and portfolio growth
- Strong technical underwriting skills with the ability to analyze complex risks
- Established network with brokers and clients in the Swiss insurance market
- Swiss market knowledge and understanding of local business practices
- Experience with international property insurance programs and captive placements
Benefits
- Base salary range: 136,000 - 204,000 CHF (full-time)
