Job Description
The Director of Revenue Cycle provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of all revenue cycle functions across Swope Health.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue cycle strategy
- Lead all revenue cycle departments
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Collaborate with CFO and finance team
- Supervise, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff
- Work closely with clinical operations, IT, compliance, and quality teams
