Job Description
As a Medical Assistant for Swope Health Services in our West clinic in Kansas City, Kansas, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. This includes taking vital signs, and medical and social history, assisting the provider with the examination and treatment, and entering clinical data into the electronic health record.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduated from an accredited medical assistant program
- Certified by one of the following: NRCMA, RMA, CMA, NCMA, CCMA
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certified
- Ability to work with people (staff, visitors, and clients)
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
