Requirements
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules
- Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals
- Exposure to REST APIs or integrations is beneficial
- Understanding of ITIL principles is advantageous
- Experience working in Agile teams is desirable
