Project Manager (Operational Technology)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Operational Technology to deliver a portfolio of OT refresh and modernisation initiatives within a live, high‐availability environment.

Requirements

• Effectively manage complex OT & IT projects, drive operational efficiency and deliver successful outcomes
• Lead the delivery of OT refresh and modernisation projects, including platform upgrades, server and hardware replacement, and application re‐platforming.
• Manage projects in live, high‐availability environments with restricted outage windows and complex dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure deliverable, supportable solutions aligned to agreed architectures.
• Manage supplier performance against agreed milestones, quality standards and outcomes.
• Deliver multiple concurrent initiatives, ranging from full projects to smaller work packages, aligned to lifecycle‐driven priorities.
• Manage the day to day activities of project team, ensuring project teams stay on task and on schedule
• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and clients
• Monitor project progress and report on project status to upper management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Streamline governance and efficient risk mitigation processes
