Support N1-N2

We are looking for a Consultant Support L1/L2 with solid skills on the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 ecosystem to strengthen our technical team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the support of levels 1 and 2, managing incoming calls and incident tickets, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, and participating in deployment and infrastructure evolution projects.

Requirements

• CFC in computer science/IT operator or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in general IT support on Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Rigorous, organized, and methodical
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of German or Italian is an asset
