Test Analyst

Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions within the Energy, Public and Finance Sectors. We are looking for a Test Analyst to contribute to the quality and stability of a programme's deliverables by planning and executing structured testing across a wide range of systems and environments.

Requirements

• Experience in manual software testing within structured, process-driven environments
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the role of testing in delivering high-quality solutions
• Ability to interpret technical and business requirements and translate them into actionable tests
• Excellent defect tracking and documentation skills
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well across technical and non-technical teams
• Ideally, experience or exposure to Operational Technology (OT), infrastructure, or networked systems
• Familiarity with FAT, SAT, or UAT processes
