Software Engineer (AI-First), Fleet Operations

SWTCH is pioneering EV charging solutions and is looking for a Software Engineer (AI-First) to design and ship the first version of their fleet operations product. The role involves using AI tools as a main way of working, owning the work end-to-end, and being open about what works and what doesn't. The company is looking for someone with roughly 3-6 years of professional experience and strong fundamentals in backend services and modern JS/TS frameworks.

Requirements

• Designing and shipping the first version of our fleet operations product
• Owning the work end-to-end: APIs, UI, deployment, monitoring, the on-call rotation
• Actually using AI tools as your main way of working
• Being open about what works and what doesn't, so the rest of the team can learn from what you're finding
• Working closely with your PM, with customer outcomes in front of every decision
