Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a desk adjuster in the homeowner/property industry
• Understanding valued policy states and knowledge of which perils apply and when tendering limits are appropriate
• Previous experience working with contractors, and vendors for claims resolution
• Proficient in handling complex claims with loss values up to $75K
• Ability to conduct recorded statements with insureds
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensing as an adjuster in the states of: TX, FL, and LA
