Job Description
SyBridge Technologies is seeking a talented Mold Maker to join their dynamic team at their Fitchburg location. The Mold Maker will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority while achieving deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ten (10) years of related experience as a mold maker
- Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
- Ability to ensure quality standards are met
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
