Tooling Engineer/Designer (Plastic Injection Molding)

We are seeking a Tooling Engineer / Designer to join the SyBridge engineering team at our Fitchburg, Massachusetts facility. This individual will work closely within the Engineering department and closely with the Operations and Commercial teams. This individual will be in charge of creating and owning the mold tool design and subsequent documentation.

Requirements

• Three to five years of related experience designing tooling/plastic injection molds or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of experience with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft office (i.e, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to work independently to scheduled workloads, with ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required
• Ability to ensure quality standards are met per SyBridge and customer standards
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with cross-functional teams
