Job Description
Sycuan is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Manager to lead our Total Rewards programs, balancing market competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of HR experience including 5+ years leading a compensation and benefits program
- Supervisory or Management experience
- Relevant and progressive Compensation & Benefits experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs primarily, outlook, excel, word, powerpoint
