Job Description
The Sycuan Casino Groundskeeper maintains a clean and safe environment by keeping the parking structure and outside grounds surrounding the casino tidy. Responsibilities include sweeping the parking area, disposing of trash and debris, and maintaining orderly grounds. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work effectively with others and maintain professionalism.
Requirements
- CA Drivers License in good standing
- Ability to operate compactor and forklift
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Ability to read in the English language
- Ability to climb and stand on ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to reach, crouch, and bend
- Ability to appear for work on time
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
- Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
- Ability to accept constructive criticism
