Job Description
Symetra has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Login & Identity Development Manager! As the Login & Identity Development Manager, youâll lead the engineering delivery of our enterprise Login & Identity platform and manage two development teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading people and teams.
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage concurrent initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Deep expertise in identity and access management, including OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SSO, and MFA.
- Experience in delivering secure, highly available platforms across cloud or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms and how they support scalable identity ecosystems.
