Job Description
Join Symetra as a Sr. Digital Product Manager on the Infrastructure & Operations team to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure products, services, and engineering productivity tools. Partner with engineering and application teams to translate technical requirements into clear business value and priorities.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree
- 10–15 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical thinker
- Skilled at turning ambiguity into clear, actionable insights
- Effective influencer
- Agile-minded
- Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred
