Staff Software Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team and lead the evolution of our Stop Loss platform. As a technical lead, you will drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable solutions while remaining hands-on with development. You will set technical direction, establish engineering standards, and lead critical practices across testing, CI/CD, and production reliability.

Requirements

• Serve as the technical lead for the Stop Loss platform, guiding architecture, technical direction, and overall delivery across teams
• Develop secure, high-quality, high-performing code while driving code reviews and setting standards for versioning, reusability, and performance optimization
• Lead testing strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and production support to ensure reliability, scalability, and strong quality practices
• Define scalable system architecture, establish design patterns, and create technical documentation to enable consistent execution
• Mentor senior engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding work and innovation without formal people management responsibilities
