Field Service Engineer (Imaging)

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer experienced in MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems to work independently in the field, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver exceptional service to clinical teams.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and functional inspections to ensure optimal system performance
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records in compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff through excellent communication and follow-up
• Serve as a technical resource to peers and system operators, providing guidance on equipment performance and usage
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and clinical teams to resolve technical issues
• Participate in training programs to expand technical expertise and maintain OEM or industry certifications
• Support on-call coverage on a rotating basis, including occasional evenings or weekends
