Job Description
The Director of Human Resources will serve as the senior-most HR leader and a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for owning, architecting, and scaling all aspects of Human Capital, HR Operations, Training, Compliance, HR Systems, Culture, and Organizational Design to support aggressive company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Director-level or higher HR leadership experience
- Professional certification (i.e. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable
