Scala Tech Lead

We are embarking on an ambitious project to revolutionize the online gambling industry. As a Scala Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life, creating a scalable, high-performance backend system that can support the diverse needs of multiple brands.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience building backend systems
• At least 5 year of experience working with Scala
• At least 2 years of experience as technical leadership
• Experience building RESTful APIs / WebSockets
• Proficient in Scala and its ecosystem
• Experience working with distributed messaging systems
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Containerisation technologies
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with database technologies
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-organized and able to quickly learn new technologies and paradigms
