We are looking for a Senior Creative Director to build a brand system that governs our entire performance marketing environment, ensuring brand consistency and creative performance across paid media, lifecycle, direct mail, and owned digital properties.
Requirements
- 8-12 years in performance marketing, lead gen, DTC, or high-volume digital
- Deep UX/UI and visual design fluency
- Proven experience building and enforcing design systems or brand standards
- Demonstrated ability to balance brand integrity with response optimization
