Senior Media Buyer role at Symple, a high-growth consumer lending company. Manage daily campaign operations across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads at significant spend levels, making real-time budget allocation and channel mix decisions based on cross-channel performance signals.
Requirements
- 5-8 years hands-on media buying experience
- Experience managing six-figure-plus daily ad spend in lead gen or performance marketing
- Demonstrated judgment on cross-channel allocation decisions
- Understanding that lead value is determined downstream
