Job Description
Head of Market Europe North F/H/X role at Symrise, leading commercial activities in the designated EMEA zone, with responsibilities including implementing commercial strategy, translating market opportunities, and collaborating with commercial teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of international commercial development experience in B2B, imperative in the agri-food markets (pet food, feed or food)
- Good knowledge of the Benelux and North European markets, including regulatory and cultural aspects
- Expertise in commercial strategies: pricing, product portfolio management, sales network animation
- Experience in prospecting, market analysis, key account management
- Mastery of CRM tools and reporting
- Rigor in administrative and financial sales tracking
