Job Description
Lead the Quality Assurance vision and strategy, oversee the quality lifecycle, standardize testing methodologies, and provide advanced mentorship to Senior QA Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant amount of time in a lead or management role
- Proven ability to define QA strategy for complex, enterprise-grade software products
- Deep expertise in automation architectures, CI/CD strategies, and modern testing stacks
- Experience managing high-performing QA teams, conducting performance reviews, and hiring
- Exceptional ability to assess risk and make critical go/no-go release decisions under pressure
- Understanding of the specific challenges regarding testing AI models and Big Data applications is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and conflict resolution skills
- Experience leading complex migrations or establishing QA processes in greenfield environments
