Job Description
Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery calls, identify client technical requirements, pain points, and business objectives. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, design solution architectures, lead POCs, and respond to technical RFPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) or as a Solutions/Sales Engineer
- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle and familiarity with Python/Data Science concepts
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure (Cloud vs. On-Premise, Docker, Kubernetes) and networking fundamentals
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Python and SQL to build custom demos or manipulate data during POCs
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot technical issues during live demonstrations
- Willingness and ability to visit client sites for meetings and workshops
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards (LDAP, SSO, Encryption) is a strong plus
