Assistant Manager - Business Analyst (Cluster CIO Office)

This position will work closely with the Cluster CIO Office team, supporting SingHealth Regional health and Community Hospitals businesses by advising on technology adoption and IT solutions. The role involves leading and supporting business requirements, cost assessment, problem analysis, and IT budget reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
• Resourceful, proactive, flexible and excellent working attitude
• Good written and presentation skills
• Ability to interact and work well with people at all levels
