Business Analyst (NGEMR)

The Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) programme is transforming care delivery in Singapore. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting user requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, as well as providing primary application maintenance support and participating in Request for Proposal (RFP) for projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
• Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support
• Experience in Database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably to have 2-3 years of IT compliance system audit experience
