Senior Manager - IT Strategic Governance (Corporate IT)

The Senior Manager - IT Strategic Governance will lead and provide strategic oversight for enterprise Digital Platform Governance, Security, Architecture, and Automation. This includes developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and operating models, and driving automation adoption to improve efficiency and resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline; Master's preferred
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IT governance, automation, security, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in driving automation and digital platform governance at enterprise level
• Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CSA CCM) and enterprise architecture standards (e.g., TOGAF)
• Hands-on familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, ServiceNow workflows, RPA tools, AI-driven automation)
• Certification in ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, CISSP, or automation frameworks is advantageous
